Area Sales Manager
Lupin is comprised of a fast growing, innovative and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development and commercial divisions. Together these entities make up the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline, and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of twelve commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. The Women’s Healthcare Area Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Director and be responsible for the motivating, coaching, and mentoring a team of Sales Representatives to grow Solosec prescriptions. Manage a team of Field-Based representatives with a focus on Women’s Health products Business Plan Development and Tactical Plan Execution to support the national product strategy in Regional Territories Responsible for driving regional sales and market share to meet or exceed revenue objectives for the promoted products Responsible for controlling expenditures within approved budgets Market Analysis to understand the market competition and customers in designated areas Business Region Expert in identifying strong relationships to develop new business opportunities Responsible for the recruitment and development of sales representatives; Timely and accurate goal-setting and performance evaluations administered Liaison between district and other corporate departments such as Marketing, Finance, or Human Resources Other Managerial projects as assigned

Qualifications 4+ years of a team of Sales Representatives 1 to 3 years of Specialty experience , Women’s Health preferred Clean driving record Documentation of sales rankings, sales awards, and commendations KOL Development experience in Women’s Health Knowledge of reimbursement and managed care environment New product launch experience is preferred Regional, National, and local travel is expected, up to 50% or more travel Knowledge of reimbursement and managed care environment New product launch experience is preferred “Startup” experience with a small pharmaceutical company in the is a plus
