HOW
THE CORRESPONDENCE CNPR TRAINING PROGRAM WORKS
1. NAPSRx® student registers
through Order Now page at www.napsronline.org or by calling
1-800-913-0701 x 103.
2. The Pharmaceutical Sales Training
Manual is shipped by priority mail (2-3 days) to students
with Username and Password for access to Members Section
of website. Intructions are also included on how to study
for the CNPR examination.
3. The NAPSRx® student studies
the NAPSR Pharmaceutical Sales Training Manual at their own
pace.
4. Student can submit questions on training
material to questions@napsronline.org and receives answers
by email.
5. When NAPSRx® student feels comfortable
with the Pharmaceutical Industry terms and information in
Training Manual, they can register for the certification
test online. Test will be administered online and must be
completed within 2 hours. The CNPR examination is 160 multiple
choice questions that must be answered in 120 minutes. Students
have less than a minute per question so comprehensive knowledge
is required to pass. Your score will be immediately displayed
upon submission of the test. A passing grade is 80 percent
or better.
* If NAPSRx® student passes the test, an
official CNPR® certificate with certification number
will be mailed to student.
NAPSRx® student
should immediately list Certification on their resume and
submit
to pharmaceutical companies through the NAPSRx® Career Center.
